Is your child eligible for our support?
Does your child have a diagnosed mental, developmental, or physical health diagnosis?
If the answer to this is yes, we will still financially support your child - but we will not find them a club using our matching service. On the referral form you must state the club that you have found for your child that meets their diagnosed need! We will then support them financially with this club.
If the child is from Notts County, we do expect them to have been refused funding from ICDS to be eligible for our funding.
Does your child already attend a club outside of school & home, or receive other funding?
If the answer to this is yes, we unfortunately will not accept your referral. We support children who do not have the opportunity to attend activities and clubs outside of school & the home!
Do the family have an identified need which other families do not?
We support families with lots of different needs ranging from:
Fleeing domestic violence
Financial difficulties
Mental and/or physical health needs
Child in Need/Child Protection Plan/Early-Help Team involvement
Health challenges within the home (e.g. weight, mental health).
Does your child require 1-2-1 support?
