We have recently closed our individual referrals, and are only accepting referrals from organisations that wish to apply for funding for activities they want to provide to families they work with. Please fill in the form below and we will be in touch to explore ways in which we can provide financial support to enable access for your families in need.

Examples of organisations we work with:

  • Children’s hospice Services,

  • Educational Trusts.
